Personal Alert Systems

Personal Alert is a personal response system designed primarily for elderly and disabled people who may be living alone and are considered at risk. It can also be used for latchkey children or families that have infants or children with medical conditions that may warrant immediate attention.

Personal Alert services at Conway Regional cover an 12-county service area: Cleburne, Conway, Faulkner, Johnson, Lonoke, Perry, Pope, Pulaski, Searcy, Van Buren, White and Yell.

How It Works

Getting help is as easy as 1, 2, 3!

1. Summon help

You’re always connected to our 24/7 Response Centers. With a push of your personal medical alert button – tucked discreetly inside your clothes or worn outside – you can get help when you need it. And if you have the Auto Alert feature it can automatically call for help if it detects a fall, even if you can’t push your button.

2. Hear a reassuring voice

One of our caring, trained Response Associates will quickly access your profile and evaluate the situation.

3. Know help is on the way

Philips Lifeline will contact a neighbor, a loved one, a caregiver or emergency services (based on your preference), and will follow up to confirm you have received the help you needed.
